Role Description The Product Owner will guide the development and improvement of AI-related products and services, ensuring they align with user needs and organizational goals. In this part time remote role, the Product Owner will manage product backlogs, define user stories, prioritize features, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholder teams. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and refining requirements, analyzing feedback and usage data, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and supporting the product roadmap.

The role also involves communicating product updates, facilitating sprint planning and review sessions, and helping ensure timely, high-quality delivery of product enhancements.

Qualifications

- Product-focused skills: Experience as a Product Owner, Product Specialist, or in a similar product management role.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, requirements,



and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
- Customer-facing skills: Customer service experience and a user-centric mindset for gathering and responding to feedback.
- Commercial skills: Understanding of sales processes and market dynamics to support product positioning and adoption.
- Additional qualifications: Familiarity with agile methodologies, experience working remotely and independently, and interest in AI, data, or technology products.
- Education and experience: Relevant experience in product management or a related field; a degree in business, technology, or a related discipline is beneficial but not strictly required.
