Production Team

Membersplay a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. Compensation and Benefits - Starting wages of $20.55/hr

- Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
- Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
- Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums) We offer a very extensive benefit program:
- Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1 st full year)

Straight Shift
