From omnichannel marketing campaigns to large-scale print and digital workflows, our goal is to make complex tasks surprisingly simple, allowing our clients to focus on what they do best.

The Role

As a Program Manager, you’ll lead data-driven campaigns from concept to completion, keeping projects on track and delivering results across a diverse range of industries. You’ll be the key link between clients, agencies, and internal teams, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 4 days per week in our Calgary office. There is an option to work remotely 1 day per week once training is completed.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating projects and tasks between internal departments (Client Services, Operations, etc.)

- Lead internal and external activities related to the management of projects including marketing campaigns, direct mail, kitting/fulfillment and distribution, print production, estimating, inventory,



and all client deliverables

- Partner with Sales by providing key support for administrative tasks, project planning, and orders

- Create project plans, work back schedules, manage all aspects of production, drive accountabilities, and follow up with job analyses after completion as needed

- Interpret and create instructions for various internal teams, perform quality control on all letter copy and print proofs, review audits, and coordinate data transfers

- Conduct postmortems and lessons learned after project completions and incorporate continuous improvement strategies to future projects

Skills & Experiences

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with experience in marketing production or account management within print industry

- Exceptional customer service skills with a solid commitment to meeting client needs, including flexibility to work overtime with little to no notice when required

- Strong understanding of offset, digital, and large-format printing
- A champion of "process" with strong analytical, data reporting, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to continuously improve processes and raise standards

- Clear,



confident communicator and skilled collaborator, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels, internally and externally

- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize, manage competing deadlines, work effectively under pressure, and drive results

- Demonstrated sound judgment, initiative, and decisiveness, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and turn ideas into practical solutions

- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset
