The Program

Manager will report to the Executive Director of Finance and take charge of key financial reporting functions. Focused on maintaining high standards of internal controls and compliance, this position is pivotal in providing essential financial insights for strategic planning. Candidates should foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability among staff. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver timely internal and external financial reporting
- Establish and maintain compliance frameworks
- Advise senior stakeholders on financial matters
- Supervise and develop finance team members
- Collaborate with government entities and auditors Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or relevant master’s degree highly desired
- 5+ years in financial reporting and analysis
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office Champion integrity and transparency in financial reporting processes at PCA while leading a dedicated team.
