About the Role The Qur’an Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of aat & co.‘s Qur’an programs, ensuring a high‑quality learning experience for students while supporting instructors and families.

Key Responsibilities Coordinate class schedules, student enrollment, and teacher assignments.



Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students. Monitor attendance, student progress, and program quality.

Support instructors with resources, communication, and classroom needs. Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation. Assist with assessments, class placements, and reporting. Coordinate program events, workshops, and Qur’an completion ceremonies.

Ensure programs operate in accordance with aat & co.’s policies, values, and educational standards. Identify opportunities to improve program delivery and student experience.
