Responsibilities:

- Perform sampling and weighing of existing products and contribute to the development of new formulations (colors and flavors) based on demand, and any related tasks.
- Conduct physicochemical analyses to validate the quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Carry out application testing to support product development and provide technical assistance.
- Provide technical support to the Senior Process Scientist during pilot plant trials, including data collection.
- Ensure the availability of raw materials and laboratory consumables.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of technical presentations.
- Collaborate with other Capol departments (Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Production, etc.) to support project success.

Qualifications:

- College diploma (DEC) in Food Process Technology, Food Quality, Biology, or a related field.




- Previous experience in the food industry is an asset.
- Solid laboratory skills and technical abilities.
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills in both French and English.
