Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of various massage techniques and be committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Registered Massage Therapist at The Greenhouse Spa, you will help our guests achieve relaxation and wellness through professional massage and body treatments.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients, promoting the benefits of massage therapy and recommending appropriate treatment frequencies.
- Maintain treatment rooms in a neat, professional manner, including stocking products and linens, and ensuring cleanliness and instrument sterilization.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base, assisting in the development and implementation of marketing ideas.
- Complete and maintain accurate client notes and documentation after each visit.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, promotions, clean-up, housekeeping, and support duties for other staff.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously,



ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Communicate any occurrences involving staff or guests that require attention to management.

Qualifications

- Must be a registered massage therapist in good standing in Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of various massage modalities and the ability to learn product and service knowledge necessary for providing effective wellness solutions.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication, listening, and customer service skills.
- Computer proficiency.
- Ability to recommend products and services to meet the needs of our spa guests.
- Efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
- Enthusiastic and committed to providing excellent customer service.
