Our client is looking for a forward-thinking Remote Senior Industrial Engineer to lead their Digital Transformation initiatives within industrial operations. This fully remote role will involve driving the adoption of new technologies, data analytics, and smart manufacturing concepts to modernize production facilities globally. You will play a crucial part in defining the future of operations by analyzing current processes, identifying opportunities for automation and digitalization, and managing the implementation of these advanced solutions.

Develop roadmaps and strategies for the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies. Manage pilot projects and full-scale implementations of new digital solutions. Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams globally to ensure seamless integration.

Define KPIs and establish monitoring systems for digital transformation initiatives.



Provide technical guidance and training on new digital tools and platforms.
