Key Responsibilities:

- Sand parts for finishing to the appropriate standards.

- Inspect cabinet parts for defects and make minor repairs.

- Recognize wood species and door profiles.

- Read paperwork, count parts and verify job completion.

- Clean and maintain sanders and filters.

- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

- Prioritize tasks effectively, maintain an organized workstation, and demonstrate robust attention to detail and quality

- Perform repetitive light lifting as required

- Read and understand written instructions while maintaining a customer focused approach

- Meet deadlines and consistently achieve daily production targets

- Demonstrate dependability, work effectively in a team, and take pride in producing high quality components
