We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Business Systems Analyst supporting a major Canadian financial services client in the Capital Management and Regulatory Reporting space.
Location: Toronto Downtown (Hybrid Model) – 3 days of the week at the office.
Required Experience
- 8+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Proven experience delivering complex financial services technology initiatives
- Strong experience working within Agile delivery models
- Hands-on involvement in Capital Management and Capital Regulatory Reporting projects

- Basel III / US Endgame
- Axiom Regulatory Reporting
- Enterprise Data Platforms

- Solid SQL skills
- Databricks experience
- Data analysis and business data interpretation
- Data mapping and lineage management

- Requirements management frameworks
- Testing, traceability, and release management processes
