What you'll be doing Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for new and existing production parts Develop efficient toolpaths using Mastercam, Gibbs CAM, or similar CAM software Estimate cycle times, tooling requirements, fixturing, and setup strategies for quoting new work Set up, prove out, and validate new machining processes Troubleshoot machining issues and provide technical support to CNC machinists Improve machining efficiency, quality, repeatability,
