Become a driving force at Silver Hills as a Senior Brand Manager. Spearhead brand strategies and enhance the market presence of Silver Hills Sprouted Bakery and Private Labels. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, you will take ownership of the brand’s strategic direction while fostering a culture of accountability within your team.
Emphasizing cross-functional alignment, this role offers the chance to innovate and lead in a dynamic environment. You'll keep the leadership team informed on key performance metrics and opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand initiatives for Silver Hills and its subsidiaries
- Promote cross-departmental collaboration with Sales, R&D;, etc.
- Develop impactful brand communication and social media strategies
- Manage marketing budgets and lead trade show planning
- Mentor and develop team members for enhanced performance Requirements:
- 8+ years in a marketing role in Consumer Goods or Food sectors
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Robust people management experience
- Excellent marketing analytical skills
