We’re looking for 2 Senior Microsoft 365 Solution Developers to join a high-impact modernization initiative with a client in Ottawa.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can go beyond development — understand business problems, recommend the right M365 solution, architect it, build it, and guide teams through implementation.

? What you’ll work with:

- Microsoft 365 ecosystem — Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Power Platform, Viva & Copilot
- Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI & Dataverse
- Microsoft Graph API & custom/standard connectors
- Teams Canvas Power Apps & PCF custom components
- Azure AD / Entra ID & SSO
- C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript & Node.js
- Solution architecture, integrations & reusable components

? What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years delivering end-to-end Microsoft ecosystem solutions
- 5+ years of hands-on experience across the technologies above
- PL-400 or PL-600 certification
- Strong experience with Microsoft Graph APIs, Power Platform and M365 integrations
- Fluent English — written and spoken
