The Senior Quantity Surveyor plays a key role in the commercial management of major infrastructure works within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This position is responsible for cost planning, contract administration, change management, and financial reporting across the full project lifecycle, supporting the delivery of sub-programs such as Airfield Civil & Electrical, Interim Infrastructure, GHG, and Priority Projects. Working within a progressive design-build environment, the Senior QS ensures accurate cost control, proactive risk management, and alignment with target price objectives, while supporting collaborative decision-making across design, construction, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities - Lead cost planning, estimating, and budgeting activities across assigned projects or sub-programs - Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial terms and conditions - Monitor project costs, forecasts, and cash flow, identifying risks and opportunities proactively - Prepare, review, and negotiate change orders, variations, and claims - Support development and validation of Target Price in a progressive design-build environment - Conduct detailed cost analysis and provide recommendations to optimize value and reduce risk - Collaborate with design, construction, and procurement teams to align cost, scope, and schedule - Manage subcontractor commercial processes including procurement support, valuations, and final accounts - Prepare and present commercial reports, including cost-to-complete, variance analysis,
