A career as a Senior Salesforce Designer on the commercial CRM team at National Bank means serving as an expert in designing Salesforce solutions and artificial intelligence. You help define the evolution of strategic platforms used on a large scale by ensuring the technical and functional feasibility of the proposed solutions and their alignment with business objectives. With your expertise in design, application architecture and systems integration, you influence technological orientations, support teams in their choice of solutions and actively participate in delivering value for the commercial CRM sector.
Your job
- Work with solution architects to integrate the platform with other ecosystem components.
- Manage complex files requiring in-depth analysis, rigorous planning and proactive communication with stakeholders.
- Various complex analyses, identify gaps and make recommendations to optimise system efficiency and resolve major problems.
- Work with the various squads and platform providers to ensure overall consistency in terms of the user experience and Salesforce solution choices.
- Analyze requests for changes to systems, assess impacts on existing applications, anticipate issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Improve the team's practice through mentoring/coaching with other technical team members. Coordination role within the team for special files.
- Advise and guide the development team and the product owner by recommending different functional alternatives aligned with the architecture and guiding decisions and vision across the sector, creating frameworks and implementing mechanisms.

Prerequisites
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a strategic influencing role related to developing large-scale CRM portfolios and establishing it frameworks, standards or orientations.
- In-depth Salesforce expertise, including data model design, data sharing and visibility mechanisms, authentication strategies (SSO, OAuth 2.0) and integration with cloud environments such as AWS.
- Proficiency in the main Salesforce integration models, including rest, SOAP, Platform events and Change Data Capture, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the capabilities offered by Data Cloud (Data360).
- Advanced expertise in artificial intelligence concepts and applications in the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Agentforce.
Salesforce Agentforce
Specialist and/or Salesforce Application Architect certifications are highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of Domain driven Design (DDD) principles as well as knowledge of agile methodologies and DevOps practises applied to the design and evolution of enterprise solutions.
- Experience in the banking or financial sector and demonstrate the ability to influence technological orientations and business decisions with architects, product owners,
managers and delivery teams.
Languages: French, English Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
