- Compliancereview of tax returns for individuals, corporations, trusts, andpartnerships, and the related foreign reporting requirements - Participate in tax planning engagements and the preparation of technical tax memos - Prepareinstruction letters for the execution of corporate reorganizations,estate & post-mortem tax planning, business succession planning, andthe purchase & sale of a business - Conducting tax research and interpreting tax legislation and proposed legislative changes - Providingtechnical expertise as an internal resource to staff who need taxsupport on their client files or on specific questions from theirclients - Preparingclient correspondence, including; reports & analysis,
discussion oftechnical issues and recommendations, and attending client meetingswhere appropriate - Providing assistance to other offices of the Firm, as required, and collaborating with other service lines across the firm Requirements The successful candidate will have:
