Temporary employees receive an additional 2% in lieu of benefits on regular earnings, 6% vacation and 4.2% statutory holiday pay included with each pay day. Employees are also eligible to contribute to the College Pension Plan, with matching contributions from the employer.Description:NLC's Health Sciences programs requires temporary, relief instructors to teach courses across the Health Care Assistant, Access to Practical Nursing, or Practice Nursing programs. Course topics may include communications, professional practice, health promotions, variations, pharmacology, integrated practice, or consolidated practice. Qualifications: Required:Completion of an accredited Diploma in Practical Nursing or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.Current practicing license as an LPN, RPN, RN or NP with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives with no limits or conditions or another relevant skilled license.Minimum three to five years (full-time equivalent)
