Job Summary

We are hiring a Junior Data Analyst to support reporting, data cleaning, and basic analysis across the business. You'll help build dashboards, validate data accuracy, and support senior analysts on larger projects, gaining hands-on experience with real business data.

Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
- Assist in building and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Support data validation and quality checks
- Help identify basic trends and patterns in datasets
- Assist senior analysts with larger analytical projects
- Document data definitions and reporting processes
- Support ad hoc data requests from various departments

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred




- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or reporting
- Basic proficiency in Excel; SQL exposure a plus
- Familiarity with a visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau) a plus
- Robust attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Good written and verbal communication skills
