Job Summary

We are hiring an Email Marketing Assistant to support the creation, scheduling, and performance tracking of email campaigns. You'll help build and segment email lists, draft campaign content, and monitor key metrics to improve engagement.

Responsibilities

- Assist in building and scheduling email marketing campaigns
- Support list segmentation and audience targeting
- Draft and proofread email content and subject lines
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and other key metrics
- Support A/B testing of email content and design
- Maintain email marketing calendars
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, etc.)

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field




- 0-2 years of experience in email or digital marketing
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
- Basic analytical skills for interpreting campaign data
- Detail-oriented and organized
