Job Summary we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design and lead enterprise ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical architecture and leadership across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, and ITAM.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Lead technical design, development standards, upgrades, and platform governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and enterprise architects.
- Mentor ServiceNow development teams.

Required Skills

- Strong ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
- Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, and integrations.
- Strong ServiceNow scripting/JavaScript and Flow Designer experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL and enterprise architecture.
- CSA/CAD/CIS certifications preferred; CTA highly preferred.
