Employment Details Summary of Duties

Role Purpose

Own the 30-day social media content loop across the three brands: planning what should be communicated, selecting the strongest existing or creator-produced content, editing/curating it for each brand, scheduling publication, monitoring performance, and using the results to build the next 30-day plan.

This is primarily a content planning and execution role, not a content-creation position - this role manages the pool of creators. The existing social media system calls for each post to have a defined brand, content pillar, objective, CTA, deadline, publish date and success metric, with results recorded after publishing.

Core Responsibilities

- PLAN —
- Build the 30-Day Calendar
- Review upcoming promotions, events, business priorities, seasonal opportunities and available inventory.
- Determine the content mix required for each brand.
- Assign each post a purpose, format, CTA, publishing date and success metric.
- Maintain an organized 30-day content calendar.
- SELECT —
- Manage the Content Library &
- Creator Pool
- Review existing photo/video libraries and identify reusable evergreen material.
- Select content submitted by approved creators, staff or event-content assistants.
- Identify gaps requiring current photography/video and issue explicit capture briefs or shot lists.
- Maintain organized raw and finished assets by brand, date, campaign and event.
- EDIT &
- CURATE —
- Turn Assets Into Publishable Content
- Edit or coordinate editing of Reels, Stories, carousels,

photos and other social assets.
- Write/refine captions, hooks, on-screen text and calls to action.
- Adapt material to the distinct voice and commercial goal of each brand.
- Verify dates, pricing, hours, locations, claims, links, tags and permissions before publishing.
- SCHEDULE &
- PUBLISH
- Maintain a consistent publishing rhythm across approved platforms.
- Schedule content in advance wherever possible.
- Ensure approved campaigns, events and commercial priorities appear on time.
- Prevent repetitive or nearly identical content from appearing across the three brands.
- MONITOR &
- IMPROVE
- Track reach, views, shares, saves, comments, profile activity, inquiries, leads and other metrics appropriate to each post's objective.
- Identify the strongest and weakest content and why it performed that way.
- Record learnings and recommendations.
- Use those findings to construct the next 30-day cycle.

Required Monthly Deliverables 1 approved 30-day content calendar
- Scheduled/published content
- Organized asset library
- Creator/content requests where needed
- Performance tracking
- Short month-end report identifying top content, underperformers, business outcomes and recommended changes for the next month. The existing guide specifically calls for reporting on business outcomes and converting those findings into next-month actions.

Qualifications

Success in This Role Content is planned rather than reactive; assets do not sit unused; creator content is actively managed; posts go out consistently and accurately; each brand remains distinct; and every 30-day cycle becomes stronger based on measurable results.
