What We're Looking For 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience Has built and deployed LLM-powered or agentic systems in production Strong hands-on software engineering skills — Java, Python and/or TypeScript Experience owning and shipping software end-to-end Comfortable working across backend, APIs, integrations and frontend when needed Strong product mindset and comfortable operating in a fast-moving setting Based in Canada
