About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Software Engineer specializing in iOS development to join our dynamic mobile team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of major components within our mobile application ecosystem. You will work closely with senior engineers and architects to ensure the technical excellence of our products, contributing to the full software development lifecycle.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the technological direction of our iOS applications, mentor junior team members, and collaborate across teams to build innovative features that enhance the customer experience. As a key player, you will help us maintain our leadership in cloud adoption, open source frameworks, and microservices architecture, ensuring our mobile solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.





Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of six years of hands-on experience developing native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI. A strong background in application design, technical architecture, and full-cycle development is essential. Proven experience leading and mentoring junior and intermediate developers, along with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders, is highly valued.

Candidates should have a solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience working within cloud environments such as AWS. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields is preferred, along with a comprehensive understanding of open source frameworks and modern development tools.

Responsibilities

You will own and lead the delivery of critical components and platform needs in collaboration with senior engineers and architects.

Your responsibilities include actively participating throughout the software development lifecycle—from design and development to testing and deployment—ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions. You will work within agile teams to improve engineering practices, contribute insights on evolving technologies impacting our domain, and support the integration of current tools and frameworks. Mentoring junior, intermediate, and senior associates will be a vital part of your role, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.





Additionally, you will be expected to stay current with industry trends, advocate for best practices, and contribute to the strategic technical direction of our mobile applications.
