Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Senior Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex banking and financial-services implementations. The architect will translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs covering application architecture, integrations, APIs, data, security, cloud, deployment, operational readiness, and implementation strategy. The role requires strong client-facing capabilities and the ability to work across business, product, engineering, implementation, QA, DevOps, security, cloud, and program teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Own end-to-end solution architecture for client implementations and strategic programs.

● Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs.

● Define integration flows, data flows, configuration approaches, and implementation plans.

● Lead client discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and solution reviews.

● Conduct fit-gap analysis and document assumptions, dependencies, constraints, risks, and decisions.

● Define integration and data architecture across platform and client systems.

● Design solutions involving APIs, batch interfaces, file exchanges, event-driven integrations, data mappings, validation, reconciliation, and error handling.

● Define and validate non-functional requirements covering:

○ Performance ○ Scalability ○ Availability ○ Reliability ○ Security ○ Privacy ○ Auditability ○ Maintainability ○ Operational resilience

● Provide technical direction through development, testing, data migration, deployment, release, cutover, and production readiness.

● Resolve cross-workstream technical dependencies and design issues.

● Act as a senior technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.

● Communicate architecture options, trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.





● Partner with Product Management and Engineering to address product gaps and influence roadmap priorities.

● Establish reusable architecture patterns and implementation accelerators.

● Mentor architects and technical delivery teams.
