We’re Hiring: Store Managers Across Ontario

As Hero Tea continues to expand across Ontario, we’re looking for motivated, responsible, and experienced Store Managers to join our growing team at multiple locations.

We’re seeking strong leaders who can take ownership of store operations, develop their teams, maintain high service standards, and help drive the continued growth of the Hero Tea brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day store operations
- Recruit, train, schedule, and manage team members
- Maintain strong customer service and product quality standards
- Monitor inventory, ordering, waste, labour, and operating costs
- Support local marketing, promotions, and sales growth initiatives
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and company procedures are consistently followed
- Work closely with the management team to achieve store performance targets
- Build a positive and accountable team culture

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous management experience in restaurants, cafés, bubble tea, retail, or hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Hands-on, organized, and results-driven




- Ability to manage a fast-paced working workplace
- Strong problem-solving and team-building abilities
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an asset, but not required
- Ability to travel or support multiple locations is an asset
