- Operate the computerized telephone exchange for incoming calls
- Maintain patient arrival lists and register records
- Provide clerical support through typing and data entry
- Locate personnel using pagers and public address systems
- Respond to patient and emergency inquiries effectively Requirements:
- Grade 12 and 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to type at 45 w.p.m. or faster
- Proficient in medical terminology
