- Manage and support the full recruitment process, including introductory interviews, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Instagram, referrals, and professional networks
- Build talent pipelines to meet current and future recruitment needs across Canada
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to understand hiring needs and identify high-quality candidates
- Provide a professional and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through hiring
- Maintain accurate candidate records in BambooHR and track key recruitment activities
- Support the recruitment of healthcare professionals, including nurse injectors, medical estheticians, and other clinical talent
- Contribute to recent employee onboarding, employee engagement, and other HR projects
- Reports to the Director of Human Resources Requirements - 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media
- Bilingual in French and English
- Comfortable proactively engaging with candidates who are not actively seeking employment
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
