Roles & Responsibilities:

- The Technical Program Manager should lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs across multiple teams while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- The individual should possess solid stakeholder management skills, working closely with business leaders, product owners, architects, development teams to drive decision-making, manage expectations, and resolve dependencies.
- The role should oversee end-to-end program governance, including risk management, and executive reporting.
- As the Scrum of Scrums Lead, the individual should coordinate multiple Scrum teams, facilitate cross-team collaboration, manage inter-team dependencies, remove impediments,



and ensure consistent execution across the program. The candidate should drive delivery excellence, monitor program metrics, and proactively address risks and issues impacting timelines or quality.
- Strong people management capabilities are required to mentor teams, foster accountability, support career development, and build a high-performance culture.
- Experience in large-scale enterprise application delivery, and stakeholder communication at leadership levels is essential.
