Drive compliance and enhance safety culture as our HSEQ Manager. This role involves auditing, training, and ensuring adherence to HSEQ legislation and standards with the site General Manager's guidance.

Taking a proactive approach, you will oversee HSEQ compliance and deliver training to staff members. This position requires a robust background with at least five years in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields. You will conduct regular audits, respond to incidents, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain safety standards on site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze trends using performance indicators
- Interact with clients and regulators for compliance feedback
- Facilitate classroom and one-on-one training sessions
- Perform regular site audits and report deficiencies
- Recommend improvements in HSEQ practices

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant role
- Certifications in CRSP/CHSC, NCSO, or HACCP preferred
- Valid Advanced Food Safe Certificate required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong public speaking abilities required for trainings
