Key Responsibilities:

- Support the planning and delivery of meaningful activities
- Encourage resident participation in leisure and social programs
- Keep accurate records of attendance and evaluations




- Communicate events to residents and their families
- Oversee volunteers and students in their roles

Requirements:

- A caring and energetic individual committed to working with seniors
- Degree or diploma in Recreation, Leisure Studies or related field is an asset
- Experience in recreational programming tailored for seniors preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to arrange transportation for residents to activities
