As a production line person you are responsible for placing ingredients on bread, in trays, applying labels and ensuring that all products are processed in an productive manner. Working on the production line requires good dexterity and the ability to assemble small items at a fast pace while maintaining accurate ingredient weights on all products.
Working on an assembly line requires that you be comfortable working with others, coordinating with them, and following instructions. This position does require some lifting and you must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Accuracy and maintaining a steady pace are integral to this position.

Constant lifting and carrying of less than 10 pounds

Constant reaching below shoulder level
Constant gripping and use of production materials

Ability to handle a cool working workplace of 1 to 4 degrees Celsius

Understanding and following all safety standards, including safety training, WHMIS, Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

The salary range for this position is

**$18.25 - $21.00** . We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
