Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of hands-on TIG & MIG welding experience - Experience working as a Shop Welder & Assembler - Able to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints - Strong fabrication, fitting, and assembly experienceAble to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship - Reliable with a reliable work history Must have - Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication shop - Strong blueprint-reading ability - Excellent fitting and assembly skills - Good communication skills in English - Located in or willing to commute to Mississauga, ON
