LCM Informatique, a Canadian leader in dealer management software for powersports dealerships, is looking to add a energetic individual to its training team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the powersports industry or in a related sector such as RV, marine or even automotive. Tasks - Customer support and guidance on using the software, via emails, phone calls and/or web conference;

- Train users on how to use the software, either online or on-site at the client’s location;
- Assist with the onboarding and go-live process for new clients.

Requirements - Knowledge of LAUTOPAK, NEWGEN2.0, and/or LARS software (an asset);

- Experience in the sales, service, and/or parts department;
- Bilingualism is mandatory due to our pan-Canadian clientele.

Compensation is based on experience and qualifications. The company also offers a group insurance plan. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
