As a Venture Leader, you will work with the CDL Rockies team to propel high-growth companies in sectors such as prime science and agricultural technology. This position demands a blend of analytical skills and strong relationship management to assess and advise early-stage ventures. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of these startups, contributing to their transition from concept to successful business.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with CDL leadership to implement the program
- Expand the CDL Rockies network and maintain relationships




- Source and recruit startups for the program
- Manage a portfolio of 10-15 startups and track progress
- Write and maintain venture briefing documents

Requirements:
- Master's degree in business or related field
- 3+ years of experience in startups or venture capital
- Financial literacy and experience with fundraising
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
