Transform lives as a Recreation Therapy Assistant with Vancouver Coastal Health at the West Vancouver Adult Day Centre. You will collaborate with the Recreation Therapist and contribute to the interdisciplinary team while overseeing volunteer activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute individual and group recreation therapy activities
- Customize programs to enhance client experiences
- Observe and report client changes to the Therapy team
- Lead and manage volunteers in recreational activities
- Drive clients within the community as needed Requirements:
- Recognized Therapeutic Recreation Diploma or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of Strengths-based care and Trauma Informed Practice
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with diverse communities
