WNHAC Clinic in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a Clinic Nurse/Care Coordinator to join an interprofessional team delivering holistic primary care. The role reports to an Interprofessional Team Manager and supports coordination of client care within an Indigenous organization. The nurse will perform nursing assessment and treatment, vaccine administration, immunization documentation, care coordination, and participate in organizational activities.
Travel and a valid driver’s license are required.
