- Receive, sort, and process premium wine grapes
- Track fermentation processes and maintain records
- Engage in blending trials and wine evaluations
- Support planning and execution of harvest activities
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the cellar Requirements:
- Five harvests required in a commercial winery
- Educational background in Oenology or related field
- Solid wine tasting and assessment abilities
- Experience with cellar equipment operation
