Workday Security Consultant – Recruiting

Location: Toronto, ON – Remote

Engagement: Contract, Part-Time

Hours: Up to 20 hours/week

Duration: Initial contract with potential to transition to full time

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Security Consultant to support the implementation of a new scheduling solution integrated with Workday Recruiting, including an AI chatbot component.

The consultant will be responsible for Workday security configuration, troubleshooting, business process optimization, and supporting secure integration with the new scheduling and chatbot solution.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and troubleshoot Workday Recruiting security groups, roles, and access.
- Manage domain and business process security policies.
- Debug and resolve Workday security and access issues.
- Review and optimize Recruiting business processes and related security configurations.
- Support security requirements for the integration between Workday and the scheduling platform.
- Assess and configure appropriate access for the AI chatbot and related Workday recruiting data.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of security and business process changes.
- Collaborate with Workday functional, technical,



and third-party implementation teams.
- Document security configurations and recommended improvements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with strong expertise in Workday Security.
- Strong Workday Recruiting experience.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Workday Security Groups
- Domain Security Policies
- Business Process Security Policies
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Workday Recruiting security
- Experience troubleshooting Workday security and access issues.
- Good understanding of Workday business processes and integrations.
- Experience supporting third-party integrations with Workday.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time remote consulting workplace.

Preferred

- Experience with Recruiting scheduling solutions.
- Experience with AI chatbot or conversational AI integrations in HR/recruiting.
- Knowledge of Workday APIs, RaaS, web services, or Workday Studio.
- Workday Security or Recruiting certification.
