Overview
We’re seeking a multi-talented creative andstrategic professional to oversee GPS Ontario’s marketing, e-commerce platform,website, and CRM/ERP integration. This role blends design and content creationwith the operational management of our digital sales and customer engagementplatforms. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our brand presence is impactful,our e-shop is up-to-date and profitable, and our ERP/CRM systems are optimizedfor sales and service workflows.Key Duties
E-Shop & Website Management
- Maintain, update, and optimize GPSOntario’s e-commerce store with accurate product information, images, pricing,and promotions.- Ensure seamless customer purchase experiences with clear navigation, mobileoptimization, and secure checkout.- Manage website content updates, product launches, blog/news posts, and eventpromotions.- Track and analyze site analytics to improve traffic, conversion rates, anduser experience.Marketing & Design
- Plan and execute integrated marketingcampaigns (email, social, digital ads, trade show promotion).- Design promotional materials (graphics, brochures, banners, social ads)aligned with GPS Ontario’s branding.- Produce video content (product features, demos, customer stories, eventcoverage) for online channels.- Manage social media presence and engagement across Facebook, Instagram,LinkedIn, and YouTube.- Oversee SEO strategy, keyword optimization, and Google Ads campaigns to driveleads and sales.ERP/CRM Management
- Oversee day-to-day use of Odoo ERP/CRM toensure accurate customer records, sales pipeline tracking, and servicefollow-ups.- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure workflows are documentedand optimized.- Generate reports and dashboards for management to track marketing ROI, salesperformance, and customer engagement.- Coordinate integration between the e-shop, CRM, and inventory systems toensure consistent data.Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digitalmarketing, e-commerce, or CRM/ERP management.- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign,Premiere Pro) or similar tools.- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, orequivalent) and web CMS systems (WordPress or similar).- Experience with ERP/CRM software (Odoo preferred) for sales and customermanagement.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and sales data toguide decisions.- Strong project management skills;
able to juggle multipleinitiatives atonce.Nice-to-Haves
