In this part-time role, you will be the friendly face that introduces guests to Aerie's products and values. Using the AEO Selling Model, you will connect with shoppers, educate them on product features, and promote the AEO loyalty program. Your flexibility across various store areas will ensure an amazing shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate customers about AE & Aerie products
• Promote the AEO loyalty program
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Resolve guest concerns proactively and efficiently
Requirements:
• Retail experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• At least 16 years of age
• Robust problem-solving abilities
