You will lead a dedicated team, prioritize work schedules, and facilitate ongoing training to enhance operational capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental standards
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations and workforce




• Maintain accurate inventory and quality control protocols
• Monitor production levels and equipment maintenance
• Implement necessary training programs for team members
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in recycling or heavy industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license for offsite travel
• Familiarity with project management principles
• Post-secondary education preferred
