Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Royal Drug Mart in Melville, Saskatchewan. Patient Focused Care Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patientcare. Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing,inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling. Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possiblepatient care. Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implementnew/updated policies and procedures. Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training anddevelopment. Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld. Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and serviceofferings. Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes. Manage P&L; statements and achieve key operational targets (including but notlimited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control) Qualifications

Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacist Injection certification is required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment Compensation & Benefits
