Key Responsibilities:
• Support leaders on retention, engagement, and wellness initiatives
• Provide guidance within union and non-union contexts
• Drive diversity and inclusion programs




• Collaborate on health and safety compliance
• Analyze workforce metrics to inform HR strategies
Requirements:
• 2+ years in HR or People & Culture roles
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices
• Proven consulting and relationship-building abilities
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources
