The role coordinates technology implementation activities, customer and workforce schedules, material readiness, service administration, and project documentation to support safe, organized, and timely execution.Active across Mining Technology project sales, implementation, installation, and operational handover, the Technology Coordinator helps maintain Finning's commitment to customer satisfaction by strengthening communication, process discipline, and execution visibility.Job Description:Responsible for determining the number of activities needed to be planned by Mining Technology and the Branches, and the communication of this information to the Branches required to execute workEnable rapid expansion in Mining technologyWork with the branches to assess capabilities and availabilityWork with Finning Canada service excellence to understand current services processes and leverage these to achieve Mining targetsReporting of all Customers and the progress of the Implementation projectsBuild a process to notify business areas of the incoming service work requiredTrack Purchase Sale Orders (PSO) and Service Enabled attachments (SEA) assignments when requiredWork in conjunction with the business to implement solutions to ensure objectives are met for installation, commissioning, support, and upgrades of equipment as part of Finning's Bold GoalsAccountable for ensuring the correct parts for the installations of equipment are on order,



in stock and allocated to the appropriate branchesCommunicating with Caterpillar as it relates to any issues associated with Mining TechnologyFollow-up on parts orders as well as parts returnsUnderstand and provide information for warranty purposesPlan future parts and kits ordersSupport project sales and implementation activities by preparing schedules, reports, RFP/RFQ content, presentations, and implementation documentation.Create, track, review, pre-approve, prepare for submission, and confirm receipt of post-sale credit requests to Caterpillar.Own and maintain the Bill of Materials (BOM) for Command conversions and coordinate ordering requests.Qualifications:Post-secondary education in a relevant field (Business, Project Management and Supply Chain)Minimum 3-5 years of operations, project management or supply chainExperience in a related business environmentKnowledge of various office programs MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience in mining operations, autonomous solutions, heavy equipment, dealership operations, or technology implementation is considered an asset.Knowledge of various office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and other programs which include Adobe, Lawson, Saleslink and Caterpillar applications including SIMSi.Project Management Skills - Planning and Executing of ProjectsEqual Opportunity / Diversity Statement:At Finning, we prioritize creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
