It involves working as part of a team that supports essential building operations such as cleaning, maintenance assistance, and basic repairs while helping ensure government spaces serve staff and the public effectively. The position often offers reliable hours, competitive benefits, and the chance to build a long‑term career within the provincial government, with potential pathways for advancement into more specialized maintenance or supervisory roles.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day building maintenance and groundskeeping services.Assist with operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and related building systems.Perform indoor and outdoor maintenance, including snow removal and lawn care.Operate manual and powered grounds equipment.Ensure life safety equipment (e.G., alarms, extinguishers) is in good operating readiness.Maintain accurate maintenance records in maintenance management software.Support client requests and service tickets in a timely,
