Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily processes in Talent Acquisition operations
• Administer and enhance ATS as well as CRM tools
• Analyze metrics to guide process enhancements




• Work with various teams for process updates and tech resolutions
• Develop training programs for system users
Requirements:
• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition or related operational roles
• Experience with HR technology and recruitment analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and partnership skills
• On-site work required five days a week
