Extendicare is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Canada. You will attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates to support our long-term care workforce, developing effective sourcing strategies and maintaining solid relationships with hiring leaders and candidates. You will manage postings in the ATS, prescreen candidates, conduct interviews, and help ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting recruitment targets.
