The Team Our Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice is comprised of over 600 sector experts and specialized consultants across the globe. We combine strategic and operational expertise with deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and project leaders to select, structure, improve and execute capital projects in a more efficient and sustainable way. Responsibilities The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of the project within the defined scope, budget, and timeline. Lead project teams, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations. Strategic leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to drive project success while mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Based administratively at our Oakville, ON office, with on-site work at the project location in the southwestern Athabasca Basin, Northern Saskatchewan, on a rotating basis. Develop and implement project execution plans aligned with company objectives and client expectations. Lead teams in coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. Manage project risks and implement corrective actions to protect schedule, cost, and quality. Monitor performance against milestones and deliverables and take corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and contractual obligations. Oversee budget management, cost forecasting, and financial reporting to maintain profitability. Facilitate communication with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration. Resolve conflicts and address challenges to maintain momentum and team cohesion. Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams,



fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project close-out procedures are executed efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Advanced degree in Engineering and professional engineering designation preferred; PMP certificationis anasset. Minimum 15 years of experience in project management for large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects. Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership position managing large cross-functional teams in an industrial environment. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, and contract administration. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and cost controls. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
