Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests upon arrival at Ancient Cedars Spa
• Manage accurate treatment bookings and phone inquiries
• Clean and prepare spa areas, treatment rooms,



and lounges
• Facilitate guest inquiries about services and products
• Participate in retail programs and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a spa or hotel preferred
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of Spa software applications is a plus
• Ability to multitask and organize effectively
• Physical ability to manage laundry transport
