FedEx is hiring a casual Flex Driver based out of 281 Wallace Rd, North Bay, ON. This part time, casual position requires a valid full G (Class 5) driver's licence and weekend availability. Shifts vary based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a delivery vehicle safely on assigned routes in North Bay
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a timely and professional manner
- Lift and handle parcels weighing up to 70 lbs
- Complete all mandatory pre-placement driver assessment and recurrency training
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Work varying shifts, including weekends, based on business demand
- Operate in a PC Windows environment for route and delivery tasks

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or educational equivalent
- Valid full G licence / Class 5 driver's licence
- Clean driving record: no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months
- Ability to lift 70 lbs

- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

- One (1) year of customer-oriented business experience
- Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations

In the province of Quebec, bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory. All candidates must pass mandatory driver competency assessments and training prior to starting the role.

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid full G (Class 5) driver's licence required. Clean driving record with no more than two violations or accidents in the past 24 months. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. One year of customer-oriented experience preferred.
